This listing is for the fabulous cotton floral bloomer shorts. Im obsessed with this fabric. It is a little more delicate so it's light and flowy and it is also SHEER. I also got this fabric in a vintage lot last year that was kept in mint condition.
Size: Small-Medium
Model is 38" hips and thats pushing it. I wouldn't go bigger. These fit me or smaller.
